Default HELP!! I'VE FALLEN AND I CAN'T GET UP
OK - I think I fell off my Phen wagon and I broke its wheels getting back on... no seriously I was losing really well my first month and now it seems like its a struggle to lose two pounds in a week. Also, my energy is really low, I see a lot of folks getting B12 shots, would the vitamin in a pill form work too? afraid of needles!! I just think I need a motivational kick in the rear or something, and I know this is the place for it! Calories are not an issue, I'm not eating too much or the wrong things, although more veggies couldn't hurt in the potty dept! (Big Sigh) I just feel very sluggish and I think its a combo of going back to work full time after baby #2 and balancing making things run soothly at home. Any suggestions on getting more energy? A friend I commute into work with suggested a cyanne-pepper drink with lemon and honey that she swears makes her have tons of energy...anyone else try that? OK sorry for the 20 questions.

That cayenne pepper drink thing sooo reminds me of that concoction Beyonce used to lose 20lbs for her role in Dreamgirls. But i think hers had maple syrup in it & not honey. Anyways idk about b12 in pill form b/c I remember reading somewhere that many people have trouble absorbing b12 from food b/c it gets destroyed in the digestive tract, thus them taking it in the shot form. I hate needles too but its really quick & painless Dont worry tho! We all hit roadblocks, but I know u can do it

A B complex is really good for some extra energy... they aren't in the same arena as the injections, but they are good. Make sure the lack of energy isn't from too many hidden carbs, try to get some more veggies in, maybe increase your exercise a bit? Make sure you are fueling your metabolism every 3 hours... it could just be a rut, we all have those. HOpe your energy returns soon!!!

I wish I could help! But I am in your same boat. I'm just dang tired all the time. But, from what I have heard/read in the past....water is a major factor with fatigue. Be honest....are you drinking at least 85 ounces of water a day?

Also, I used to take this vitamin drink. VEMMA. I loved it and it gave me feel much better, but it was like $50.00 and I'm too cheap to buy it. But it's out there and I believe it helps. I think you can only buy it from a distributor or online.

Something else I'll recommend... liquid vitamins. Complete Nutrition or Glacial Milk... my parents started on these before getting on app supps and noticed a big boost in energy!! I looooooooove them!!! Way more than a multi and you get all the nutrients rather than just some like in hard pills. And not very expensive...

Thanks for the info, I'll look for the liquid ones and let you know how they work out. As for the water, that might be a big part of the problem, I only take in about 40 to 60 oz a day, which is not enough, so thanks for the info on that too!
