
HELP!! I'VE FALLEN AND I CAN'T GET UP
OK - I think I fell off my Phen wagon and I broke its wheels getting back on... no seriously I was losing really well my first month and now it seems like its a struggle to lose two pounds in a week. Also, my energy is really low, I see a lot of folks getting B12 shots, would the vitamin in a pill form work too? afraid of needles!! I just think I need a motivational kick in the rear or something, and I know this is the place for it! Calories are not an issue, I'm not eating too much or the wrong things, although more veggies couldn't hurt in the potty dept! (Big Sigh) I just feel very sluggish and I think its a combo of going back to work full time after baby #2 and balancing making things run soothly at home. Any suggestions on getting more energy? A friend I commute into work with suggested a cyanne-pepper drink with lemon and honey that she swears makes her have tons of energy...anyone else try that? OK sorry for the 20 questions.
