Start: 246 lbs.-no phen-no gym
June 08: 239 lbs.-no phen hit the gym July 11th: 230 lbs.-started phen/gym July 18th: 220.3 lbs-1st week Drs. You look wonderful! I can see a huge difference...it's when I see wonderful before and after pic's like yours that i really get motivated! keep up the good work!
Began taking phen 02-08 at a starting weight of 222lbs My weight at the end of my initial three months on phen 05-08: 185 lbs Back on phen!!!! Weight as of 08-13-08: 185 Week 1 08-20-08= 180lbs!!!!! YAY!!!! I will take any loss big or small Week 2= Week 3=    |
