I clean with it. I also use it as a natural fabric softener. It also gets out bed wetting smells. I clean my house using only white and apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, baking soda, salt,& peroxide. I try to use natural products, except for hair products. I can not give up my mousse and hair spray! oh I also clean with borax and washing soda, they're natural laundry powders!

I drink it - not diligently but I do.
my advice, make sure you have some food in your stomach 1st.

Whats the point of drinking some? Ive heard it works with getting rid of nausea...does it have weight loss benefits or something? Have any of you tried Kombucha ....its basically a mushroom that has been fermented and most drinks are fruit flavored.. it's supposed to be good for you.. I used to drink it regularly.. but then just feel off the boat.

THIS IS THE WORST STUFF EVER.ESPECIALLY THE BRAGGS ORGANIC.I GOT THIS FOR MY SEVERE, SEVERE ACID REFLUX.I WAS TOLD THIS WOULD CURE IT!SO I THANKFULLY DRANK THE 2 OZ......THAT HAD BEEN A NIGHT MARE TO FIND...........WHAT THE EVER LOVING HEY??????????????????????????????? IT CURES THE REFLUX MY WHITE TOOSHIE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WHAT IT DOES IS BURN THE NERVE ENDINGS SO YOU DON'T KNOW YOU HAVE REFLUX.THIS STUFF HAS TO BE SATANS URINE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! AND THAT IS AS NICE AS I CAN BE ABOUT IT.THERE IS NOTHING WORSE NOTHING!!!!...........I BET IT WOULD WORK FOR CLEANING THOUGH.......LIKE THE INSIDE OF A CAR ENGINE..........IT WOULD SPARKLE LIKE A DIAMOND AFTER THAT STUFF!

I tried to drink it too,but it just tore up my mouth.So I went and bought the pills.I took them for awhile,then stopped.I think I will start up taking them again though.

Guilty. I can't say for certain, but it seems to help with weight loss. Not sure what the heck it does, but like Momto8 said it could clean a car engine, so I guess it's cleaning me out too.
