If you take a break from Phen, how long is it, how long does doc recommend
My doctor really hasn't discussed this with me but I have read and read from some of you that you take Phen three months and then you take a break. I am planning on taking a break, but I was only planning to take a break for about four weeks from the phen. Do doctors normally recommend longer than that?
I was going to take it through my vacation (which ends on Oct. 6) and then resume the second week of November.

Honestly, I think it depends on the doctor...My doctor specifically told me, 3 months on and 3 months off!!!! So I dunno! congrats on your weight loss!
