B-12 Injections? - Phentermine.com

Just wondering how many people go and get the injections? If you do, how many per week are you getting?

The weight loss center I am going to recommends that I get them twice a week... Just wondering how often others are getting them?

I get them once a week... it includes B12/B6 and Lipotropics.

i get it once every 3 weeks @ the clinic i go to..but the effects wear off after a few days in my opinion.

I was getting a B6/B12/HCG injection 3 times a week at my clinic. But that was an extra that I had purchased. Now I will be getting a B12 injection once a week unless I want to get the combo shot again.

I am on the lipotropic injection (which has b12) and for me it wears off after about 3 days. I have one Monday's about lunch and by Thursday lunch I start feeling drained. So it last a few days. I also am about to start doing it 2x's a week...doing a 2nd injection on Friday mornings. I was looking at just the b-12 and my doctor told me if your body is not needing the b-12 that you just pee it out. I never had blood work so I dont know if I need just the b-12 shots or not. I am sticking with the lipotropic cause it is supposed to do more, plus they make me feel good! I would suggest trying it!

Thanks everyone for answering my question. Since starting the program have been getting 2 injections a week... (Monday and Wednesday). The place I go just calls them the "Diet Shot" and they are $20 each. I really don't feel a difference of when I get them or the days that I don't. However, I have been doing well ... and I can really tell in my clothes that I have lost inches. So, I will continue to get them twice a week for a while longer.

I take a B12 w/Myoden shot once a week. $15 a shot. I can definately tell a difference in my weight loss and inches lost if I skip them!

I'm new and have no clue about this topic but what does B12 shots do for you besides give you energy? I have never heard of them before now. Also I have seen the B12 pills in like GNC are they the same thing. I'm so lost.

I feel a difference. The pills are not that effective from what I read. It seems to be harder for you body to absorb the pill form. The injection is given into a muscle ( I get mine in my hip/ bottock area) they dont hurt.

1st post here! I used to get the B12 shots for energy a couple years ago, about every 2 weeks. Did absolutely nothing for weight loss, but at the time I wasn't trying to lose weight. My doc (I go to a family practice, not a weight loss center) upped my phentermine dose yesterday and I also got an injection. She seemed reluctant to start me back on regular shots, so I don't know how long and how frequent I can have them. Not sure if my insurance covers it yet or not, but only $20 if I have to pay out of pocket. I can tell a difference already in my energy level, we'll see how long it lasts.

I get b-12 shots every three weeks, which is when I get my Phen refills as well. I've asked about getting the shots more often, but my doctor says when people get the shots every week they are getting a watered down version of the one I get every three weeks. ?

I got 2 shots this last time, one in each cheek... I was ZOOMING for the first few hours!!! But since, I haven't noticed much difference between 1 and 2 shots... so I'll go back to getting just one a week... the whole point was asking if I could get 2 a week, but not at the same dang time

LOL She said 2 would stick with me longer, and normally I'd be running out of steam by tomorrow, so we will see...

I used to get them every other week but I noticed that they gave me horrible chest gas. I would have to make myself burb and it was so uncomfortable. They did work though. My first week on the shots and phen I lost 9 pounds. I was paying 15 bucks for them and it was the b-complex. I have tried the 1000 mg pills but it is true in the fact they do not work nearly the same. The weight lost has been pretty slow since then though. I may try it again just to see if that was really the problem with the gas.
