My bariatric doctor recommended this, or Glacial Milk (both are found at Sam's). I stopped taking regular vitamins because I had heard that so many of the nutrients are lost in the breakdown of all the fillers. I moved to liquid vitamins in vegetable capsules... they were good, and you had almost instant delivery, but I had to take 3 a day... that means remembering a pill at every meal, and when you aren't hungry, that doesn't always happen. So, I picked the Liquid Life up at Sam's (it was $11.86 compared to the $20'ish for the Glacial Milk both are 1 month supplies) and let me tell you, it's great! It taste good, although a little minerally, but good. I instantly get a perk up. There are a few things that I take more of, but it's like that with any vitamin... none ever give me enough potassium, magnesium or calcium... if anyone is looking for a good multi, this so far seems like good stuff! You take 1oz a day, keep it refrigerated... Anyone else taking it?

Here is the info and ingredients, I like that it has Mangosteen and Acai... which most capsule vitamins don't have... I believe it is used to flavor it, since I can't find it anywhere except on the label LOL
