Hey, I decided I am going to post at least once a day. Today I am just Blah. I think I am still kicking myself for screwing up a few days when I only have 10 days till school starts back. I am a teacher. I really wanted everyone to be like, oh WOW!! I skipped my phen yesterday and now I am so down in the dumps. I exercised like a crazy woman the last few days but i still feel yucky. Do you think its just being off the phen one day or a pitty party. I mean I keep fluctuating in my weight 2-5 pounds a day. UGH!!!! I am still in my jammies and the kids are glued to the TV. I know that is some totally great parenting.
Positives: I started the slimquick cleanse today. I am going to exercise after lunch. I have lost 18-20 pounds since June 4 and I can't wait to teach again.
Come on ladies do you boosting thing.
