You really should pay attention to where your calories come from. What did your nutrionist teach you??? I would demand my money back Stary. As for the healthiest salad, that is almost impossible to say. You make your salads consisting of healthy things that you like. What you like might not be what I like. A healthy salad is a salad that is low in fat and carbs, which in turn will make it low in calories... You aren't going to lose much weight if you are eating things that are high in fat and carbs, regardless of how many calories you are eating. It's about adopting a healthy lifestyle... you have to give some things up...
