Or just use google. There is no way anyone can seriously answer this question. There are thousands of brands of turkey and ham, then there are smoked, honey, roasted, etc. Pay attention to labels.

ok thanks just wondering I bought this salad at the store the other day & it has turkey & ham in it & swis cheese but I dont like swiss cheese so im taking it out

Prepackaged salads generally have the nutrition facts on the label... it's generally better to make your own if you are unsure of the nutrition facts.
