WOW! 5 lbs lost in one day? - Phentermine.com

Hey everyone. I just started taking phentermine yesterday, along with b12 and b6 shots. At the Drs. office I weigh 249 on my home scale I weight 245. However, this morning after like months of being stuck on 245 my scale reads 240.

It might be water weight or just my body being shocked, because of the metabolism boost. Anyone experience this and is it normal? Any feedback is appreciated.

The same thing happened to me when I started and I figured that it was
water weight, but I did not care

. 5 pounds loss of water weight is still 5
pounds lost, If you know what i mean. I look forward to hearing about your
loss in the next couple of weeks. It is very exciting to step on the scale and
see a difference like that. I get just as excited over a one pound loss as i do
a 5 pound loss.

Yup, I was just about the same to. I think mine was 4 pounds over night. Its water weight. Either way what a great way to start off!!!

Thanks for the support. I agree any weight loss is good and very exciting. I had been stuck on the same weight no matter what I did... until now. I can't wait to weight myself in a week.

It's so exciting! I still can't believe the number on the scale... I am paranoid when I step on the scale it will all come back like it fell off!
