Roxystar started a thread on this last week and it peeked my interest. WOW, that stuff really works! I bought a bottle at WalMart for $15.00 last Thursday. It has a 7 day supply of pills. You take 4 before lunch and 4 before bed every day. I did not follow the suggested diet because I am already following Weight Watchers. Nonetheless, I have lost 3 lbs since I started that. I haven't lost 3lbs in one week in a LOOOOONG time! Moral of the story, this stuff works!!! It says not to take for longer than 1 week. I think I might do it one week out of every month if I can get results like that! While I realize 3 lbs doesn't sound like much to some of the newbies who are losing 10 plus pounds a week, but for those of you who have been on Phen for a while, you understand!

WOW! That's great!! Does it have any stimulants in it, or make you jittery? What is it supposed to do?

It is basically a colon cleanse. I went to the bathroom around 5 times a day. I didn't get sick at my stomach or anything though. It has Senna in it, and a lot of other stuff too. It didn't make me jittery at all. It was like taking a vitamin. No side effects at all, other than making you go to the bathroom!

I work Mon-Fri and it wasn't that big of a deal. Like I said, it wasn't like I was sick at my stomach or spent any significant time in the bathroom. It was worth it for me!

So I have to ask... because I know someone else has to be wondering... now, when one takes say a laxative... the effect is well, messy And really not an experience you would feel comfortable having take place in the office bathroom if you know what I'm sayin So, is the effect like that, or more like taking a bulking fiber agent? Why in the hell am I having trouble asking this question? LOL

humm... with that how long have you not taken the supplaments? im working if its real 3 lbs or kinda like the water weight thing. but from my friends expierence with slimquick it works!

nothing like a messy laxative just soft poo...wow that is hard to say...hehe

I told ya'll this stuff was amazing! and i'm glad to know it's $5 cheaper at walmart

LOL!! Thank you!! I know, it was hard to ask too!!! I'm too nervous to add anything to everything I'm already taking, but maybe in between I can try it Thanks again!

Thanks Roxy! I would never have tried it if you hadn't posted that thread last week. It really worked! Like I said before, 3 lbs in one week for me is huge. I have been on Phen for 5 months without taking any breaks. I was losing 5lbs a week the first 2 months. That sure stopped! I was so excited to go to WW last night and weigh in!
