    Question

Do many of you (and im referring to the folks with average hair...not you lucky ones with full bodied luxury locks ) notice hair loss or is it just a small percentage of ppl?

My hair is falling out - it is so bad some days I feel like I am shedding. I can run my fingers through it and it just falls right out. I finally just spent about $100 on Shampoo and a treatment that is supposed to help. Let me know if anyone else knows of anything

My hair did after a while. It literally fell out in chunks. It was pretty bad but only lasted a few weeks. That was about six months ago but it it still thin now. I used to have really thick hair but now I guess its average.

I notice that if I take only half of my 37.5's all is good. But the moment I start with taking a full 37.5 a day I begin thinning and losing hair.

    What I recommend is:
    Multi daily
    Biotin daily
extra protein in your diet daily

Helped me, hope it helps you.
    Currently, June 1st

Are you sure it is from the Phen? I mean, for those of us who have PCOS (Poly-Cystic Ovary Syndrome)(and maybe some undiagnosed out there)A side effect is hair loss and thinning hair. All my life my hair has been very thick. But since the PCOS it has become very thin, along with all the other lovely side effects like WEIGHT GAIN, little chin hairs, acne, skin tags.

I am no doctor and I'm sure it's possible that hair loss is a side effect of Phen. especially since some of you notice more loss with different dosages, but I thought maybe some of you may need to look a little further.

When I started the phen my hair started falling out also. I think it is a combo of phen and weight loss. I saw something on here about supplements and I take them. I think they are called Biotin (terrible I dont know what I even take every day hu?). Check with like GNC for hair and nail supplements.
My hair still comes out but not like it used too.
