Okay, so as you all know today is my second day on Phen and OMG THE CONSTIPATION!!!!! Don't you just love talking about Poo!!!
I have the urge but ya'll (sorry for the Ya'll....Im Texan!) it is NOT coming .....(TMI- okay a little but man it was dry) and my tummy is kind of hurting. Looks like I'll have to drown myself with water.....what is that stuff I read that you can buy at CVS that makes you go fast.....magnesium something.....
