anyone taken a good otc weight loss pill?
hi everyone-
jw if anyone has taken something otc that has worked well. and if so, can this other stuff generally be taken with phen? ive only done an energy something or other from gnc that as supposed to make you burn more calories as you excercise... im asking because i have until about the end of august and i really wanna get as much progress as i can in this time. im working out as 3-5 days a week. as much as i can with my schedule, and im eating really well. imat 148 and my goal is at least 130, maybe lower once i get there so any info would be GREAT. |

Not really a good idea to take another diet pill with phen. There was one on here that was drinking whey protein shakes(the powder) after working out and was losing between 3-5lbs a week. She bought it at GNC.

yeah i tried the protein shakes for about a month but didnt see anything special happen. im prolly gonna give phen a break if i find something else just because i dont feel like my body is responding as effectively as id like and since im pretty close to where i wanna be, im okay with trying new things.

The only OTC one I've tried is Stacker 2. It worked when I remembered to take it(3x a day). When I was a pharmacy tech, the pharmacist said that Dexatrim is a good one too.

i've used the stacker 3 and i felt like it worked for me it gave me entergy for sure kinda like phen does
