Default feeling very discouraged ....
i haven't lost anything really in about 2 months .. it's crazy .. i mean i know i haven't taken my phen consistently but instead of going to the gym i try to get outdoors and exercise .. cause here in alaska we have to take advantage of our summers ! but has anyone had this problem ? or what has everyone been doing that's been losing 40 or 50 pounds in a matter of 4-5 months ?!?? but feeling like this has gotten me down

Ok, first of all 39 pounds in 4 months is awesome!! congrats! I would suggest trying a drastic change in your diet and exercise... a lot of people have recommended carb cycling also... there's a couple threads here about it if you try the search option.
192 lbs 06/12/08 - Wk0 (started phen)
183 lbs 07/10/08 - Wk4 (no phen)
179 lbs 08/07/08 - Wk8 (in new orleans)
175 lbs 09/04/08 - Wk12 (no phen)

177 lbs 10/06/08 - Wk17 (4wk absence-no phen-no gym)


NEW mini goal: Under 160 lbs. by our staff Christmas Party... it's formal and I want to be HOT in my dress!!

You are doing great! Are you drinking enough water? I highly recommend Weight Watchers. If there is a group in your area, I would suggest going to a meeting.I have been doing that for the past 4 months and it has made all the difference for me!
