I have been eating pickles like crazy. I've been buying the little snack cheeses too from walmart. It's colby jack and I love it, lol. I also eat rice cakes (might not be a good option if you're doing low carb).

I snack on the Quaker 90 calorie granola bars, low-fat yogurt and some kind of little cake thing that has 100 calories (forget the name of it).

I have a favorite. I air pop popcorn and spray it with butter flavor Pam cooking spray. Might sound disgusting but that and a VERY LITTLE bit of salt it's just fake enough to taste like movie theater popcorn. Pam sprays have no fat, no calories and little to no sodium. I love it to death. I hope that helps

carrots and hummus (Trader Joes has some VERY tasty hummus in a varitey of flavors that are low in calories and fat)

Instead of Ice Cream I got some of the Dreyers frozen yogurt blends and they are VERY tasty if you're craving something sweet.

I keep a variety of things because I get bored. If I'm in a "cold" mood, I have skinny cow dippers and those little otter pops (my kids love 'em too). In the fridge I have a variety of fat free yogurts and the 60 cal jello pudding. Otherwise if I get a sweet craving, I'll have one of those 100 cal packs of cookies or a Zone bar. Those are a little higher in calories (like 130 I think), but they are full of vitamins and 12 grams of protein and taste soooooo good if you are a chocolate person.

For non-sweet stuff, I love raw sugar snap peas and cucumber or the occasional cheese stick. I'm really not a huge snacker any more though (believe it or not from the amount of stuff I have lmao). I've had the same box of Zone bars and 100 cal packs since I started phen a month ago and my kids end up eating the pudding. It's been so hot that usually at night I have one of those otter pops.

edit: If you are a strict fat watcher and not just a calorie counter, there are like 14 grams of fat in 1/2 c. unsalted peanuts.

I keep dry roasted edamame on my desk, it's not super yummy but it is filling! And very very good for you.
Also Almonds have been proven to help decrease tummy fat, so I keep those around too.
I try to watch my salt intake. I love pickles too but the sodium is really high and with all the water we drink it seems to make me hold onto the water more!
Cottage Cheese, Kashi Go Lean, Fresh Sliced Turkey Breast, Beef Jerky (again be careful with the salt).
low fat/non fat yogurt.
40.5 down 37 to go!
