Ok, at first I was going to keep this to myself, then I thought okay that's what we r here for in the forum to share our ups and downs so here goes. The last time I weighed I had lost a total of 10lbs. That was on 7/3. Now I know I wasn't the best over the 4th weekend but I got right back on it Monday. Yesterday I went to doc for my phenD and their scale said I only lost 4lbs in one month. I was like what? That cant be. Now TOM will start on Monday and I did go around 5pm and was on a water pill yesterday. So I didnt know if that was a factor, which the nurse said it probably was.
Well this morning when I got to work I went and got on a scale (I work at a med school so scales all over) and it showed me at a 9lbs loss from where I originally started. So I am confused and maybe discouraged because I dont know if I have really lost what I thought.
I went straight to Walmart and bought slimfast and fish and veggies because I know I have been eating salad but a lil of what I make the kiddos at nite, so I can see y I havent lost anymore. I also started dancing to music videos for an hour and I sweated more than I did on Taebo cardio.
I am definately kicken up a noch but I am still wondering about the scale reading. What do you all think?![]()
