b12 and lipo shots

how much does these normally run?
do you get the procedure done at the dr office, or does the dr write you an **?
how often do you get them?
what is the difference between the shot and taking these orally?
what is the lipotri.(not sure how to spell it)....shot?
those of you who have them...would you recommend them?

I can only comment on Liquid B12. It's super cheap. about 12 bucks and lasts a month. You take 1ml a day, and you get a QUICK burst of energy...and thats what I usually do before I work out, cause after that...i don't really feel anymore energized the rest of the day.

I will say that it is the most nastiest tasting thing ever. I have to hold my breath. And chase it down with something.

i have tryed the liquid b complex, and it doesn't do anything for me. is this stuff for people with deficiancies?

It normally costs about 16 each week. But at my doctors office its going up. I haven't been in a while. I MISS IT!!! My shot would last me all week

I get them weekly. The lipotropic shots are amino acids and I get the B12 for Pernicious anemia. It is awesome! I also get a multi-vitamin, phenteramine, pyruvate, ear beads and regular visits with the Dr. The doctor actually discovered that I am hypothyroid and deficient in several vitamins and minerals. It costs me $60/week and worth every penny!
