Scat I got this so on discount!! It is like a $10K bed rooom set.. It has 7 items with it. It is made buy pulaski..I more of a traditonal style.

I got it at a Dillards store that was closing, they marked it down to 6k then the next day it was going down anoter 50%. to about $3500, then I had the 95 year old sales guy who it took 2 hours to ring up , so the store manager gave me another $500 off. Then when they deleivered ti they srtacthed up my walls so bad they sent me a check for $1700. whith the money, my buddy painted the whole upstairs for $500.oo So I got it for next to nothin! You like the purple? Hitler hates it...That is why I painted it purple and the master bath!

By the way the s h i t is going with me when I levave!!!!

OH MY LORD, you got such a good bargain....no way in HADES I'm getting it less than 10 grand in New York.....Iknow that I saw it somehwere and fell in love with it. w hat kind of wood is that? I like the purple and hitler can go fok himself....

someone told me to order it from north carolina but i'm afraid of dealing with a furniture person long distance.....take yo' money and then send you something else, you know?

My neighboor orders all her stuff from NC, It is hard to find any American made furniture anymore. My Mom has also gotten things from NC.

well my husband told me that if we get this new house the mortgage is going to be sky high and that it would help if I got a full time job...yeah sure...and who is going to watch the kids and take them to all their after school stuff? I know he's smokin' some dope or something. So I know that getting all new furniture is going to make him hit the roof not that i'm skerred of him or somethin'.......I just don't want to deal with crap from him cause my nerves are already shot.

I'm just sick of my bedroom set, it is laquered mahogany and really dark.....I figured i'd put that in the guest room and then get a new set for the new master, and if I do its gonna be what you have!! I looked up pulaski furniture online, t hey make so many nice things!

I'm willing to order from NC if it is from a reputable dealer........

You are more than welcome to come decorate, or better yet we can sit around and drink wine and look at my empty new house...LOL......I don't even know how to decorate a space that big.....hey, if the house is really big will I look skinnier in it? LOLOLOL...

Love- I thought we were the only ones who spent TONS on bedroom furniture. I will have to take a picture of it, or at least post it from home (I have a pic on my laptop)
Ours is handcarved spanish oak, it was about $30K......I mean people buy cars/houses for that.......OMG I almost fell over. But I love it. It has:
King bed, head and foot boards, rails
hope chest
2 night stands
armoire
free standing mirror
2 night stands
dresser
chest of drawers
it takes up a lot of the bedroom, but thankfully our room is big enough.....

I want to know WTF you people do spending 5 - 30 k on furniture!!!??? OMG, the most expensive piece of furniture I have is my living room set and I spent $800 and got sofa, love seat, two end tables and a coffee table. I need a new job.... BTW, love the purple, have a purple dining room and love the bedroom set too.
