this I my 4th day exercising, is it normal for my knees to be a little sore? i'm not over working myself or anything and they don't hurt or anything they are just a little sore and I know my body is adjusting to me working out for the 1st time in about a year and so I just wanted to know if this was normal and if anyone else that's just starting out had any problems with this as well.
