I am on day 18 and I have lost 16 lbs. I am really excited about this, but I just can't see any difference! Now, I wish I would have taken pics in the beginning! Hope I can keep this up.
And HAPPY 4TH OF JULY!

congrats and you probably wont see but trust me someone else does and they are going to let you know! Let me be the first to tell you that you look fantastic even though I cant see you! 16 pounds is a great accomplishment and I wish the best on your journey.. I look forward to reading more success stories from you !

OMG That is totally awesome! Thats almost a pound a day girl! I am so excited for you! I hope I can do half as good as you have! (I just started phen on tuesday). You probably won't notice unless you compare pics. You see yourself everyday, so it won't be as noticeable to you. But it will be to others for sure! Also if you are tall like me, it seems like it takes twice as much to lose before you see it. (aka. gotta lose 30 to notice 15). Keep up the good work!
