Anyone take B12 shots???

I am going to a new Dr tomorrow and today on the phone they suggested taking the B12 shots weekly. Was wondering if anyone does this, and if it has helped?

I don't take the B12 I do take the HCG and they work GREAT!!!! I have lost 20 pounds alone in three weeks with the shot. Everyone is differnt so the wieght loss will depend on each individual person.

What's the HCG shot?
My sister gets a b12 shot every week and she's lost 23 lbs in 3 weeks just with that alone. She doesn't work out or take phen at all!

Yep...I've had two B-12 shots so far. I'm afraid of needles, but I didn't even feel it. Mine are $12 each, and for several hours after receiving it, I feel energized and upbeat. About an hour or so after injection, just make sure there is a restroom around, because apparently it also has a "cleansing" effect (though it's very mild)! So far I think they're definitely worth it.

Well I decided to give the shots a try. They are suppose to give you energy and speed up your metabolism. I took my first one today, and will take weekly, $10 a shot. Hope it helps, i hate shots..LOL

you won't even feel the shots...the needles are so fine.
I like th HCG...I may try B-12 once the HCG stops working for me....I love 10 pounds first week, 5 pounds the second week, and 5 pounds the third. I go back tomorrow for my 4th. So....They are worth it.
They really do help with the weight loss.

i know b-12 shots but never heard of HGC...

I get b-12 free with my pills, so i get it. they said it helps with anemia (Spelling) i am always borderlins, so i tried it. I felt nothign from it. But its free it doesn't hurt and Ihave been lossing pounds, so I will keep taking them.

if you felt nothing after taking the B-12 shot, then you may be B-12 deficient. I also feel nothing from the shots, but that is because my body already doesn't have enough. Ask your doctor to check you for a deficiency. Going untreated can cause other problems. (just search it on the net)
They can give you the shots to take at home however often your doctor prescribes them.
