
TOM & July 4th vs. Exercise & 3wk W-in
I started a 'light' tom a week ago, and now on what I would call a 'normal' tom. *sigh* I didn't have cravings until last night and I ate 1 serving of ice cream. (atleast I didn't triple that like I used to) I've already gained a pound back and now I'm supposed to spend the 4th at my parents cabin... with food, lots of food. Tell me I can be strong!!
On a brighter note, I have been going to the gym an average of about 3 days/wk for 30min. since April 08 and doing weight training. I totally have a bicep/tricep that you can actually feel again (and see a little). And my legs are starting to look so much better, my calves are starting define themselves and my thighs don't jiggle as much. And even though tom gave me a pound back, my 3 wk W-in was still down 3 lbs. from last week, which is great. I am going to keep pushing myself to workout more. I want to get my body to the point that I can weight train (we're talking light weights here, not trying to look manly) 5 days/wk for 1hr and still be able to move the next day!

I've been playing softball for about a month, which is where I'm getting my cardio. We play 2-3 times/wk for 1.5-2 hrs/day. I'm also going to try to push that and get an hr of cardio on my off days. Wish me luck!!
