Default good low fat/low cal/low carb snack
cream cheese!! some of you are probably thinking DUH! but you know how you don't eat something for a long time and you forget about it? well, that's what happened to me. i was at the grocery store last night and picked up some NO fat cream cheese and an entire container only has about 200 calories and zero fat. it's also 2 carbs per serving for the low carb people. i ate some last night on reduced fat ritz and it was soo good! my boss also made some fruit dip using cream cheese a couple of weeks ago. i dipped grapes and strawberries in it. god, it was delicious! they have strawberry, blueberry, and like a million other flavors of the cream cheese. i meant to get some bagels, but i forgot! they have zero fat too so that's my new perfect breakfast idea. if you're looking for something different for breakfast and forgot about cream cheese too then you should get some! =0)

I love cheese...........any kind. The doc told me cheese is one of the best things to snack on when you're trying to lose weight. I buy part skim ricotta cheese and sometimes when I get a sweet tooth I mix that with some blueberries and a couple packets of Splenda. If you can get past the grainy texture of the ricotta, it's actually pretty tasty.

During deer season hubby's aunt makes a big batch of cream cheese with ham, onions and worchestershire and garlic salt. You spread it on crackers and its addicting!
My mom used to make dip for fruit with 1 pkg of cream cheese and a jar of marshmallow fluff. We dip apples or strawberries in it. But it doesn't fall in any of the good categories-its not low fat, low carb, or good for you. DANG!
Thats how I remember cream cheese. OMG-I'm hungry now! THANKS!

i ate more crackers and cream cheese tonight, and i realized that i had to find an alternative! the purpose of the cream cheese is kind of defeated when i'm eating a whole roll of ritz crackers! it's kind of like the person who gets 2 big macs, a large fry, apple pie, and a DIET coke lol! so....since i sneak into my kid's goldfish crackers all the time i looked at the label and 55 of those little goldfish is 140 calories! i started dipping them in the cream cheese instead of ritz and it is soo good!

i am going to google that fruit dip recipe, but i remember it was strawberry flavored, philadelphia brand cream cheese and cool whip. it seems like there was something else......i have a new goal haha!
