I see on diffrent threds where people mention what web sites they like for Diet info, Exercise help, Healthy recipies etc. I thought it would be a good idea for everyone to put down there favorite sites to visit while losing weight.

I just started using this website yesterday to count calores. So far it looks like a pretty good site.

I found a lot of great info here:

When you log your food it gives you a grade for your choice. It makes a graph to show you your percentages, breaks down fats, carbs, proteins, fiber.....really like it!

I have used this website too. I also use www.dwlz.com. There is a lot of information on eating out. Since I am on WW I use this site a lot to determine how many points certain things are at restaurants. There is a list of thousands of restaurants.

My favorite is Extrapounds.com, of course
It works for any diet - also ex-phensters to maintain weight, share experiences, participate in the support groups and have your own blog to share with the community.

Also there are funny trackers, very visible weight log graphic to see your evolution during the time, food log to count eaten calories, activity log to count burned calories when exercising, photo albums and other useful tools.

Have a look They will have a new image and friendly use in few weeks!!
