First week down 5 lbs. Been to the store twice and have no desire for chocolate, sweets, junk food. I hope to be down 5 more lbs end of January and hope to be down 10 lbs end of February. Then I will try to lose my last 10 lbs in the spring.

Great job. im glad that you are happy with the weight that you have lost and that it seems that you have a plan and goals that you feel ok with reaching. you go, and keep up that good work.

I'm still trying to purchase phen online without a script, but I'm sure I'll find a site. I also need to lose 75'ish. What you doing besides phen to make the fat come off?
