hmmm...you have to explain to me the whole lipotronic thing...what is that?
i can only speak from personal experience, if I go over 1300 i am NOT losing weight..the end. Maybe it is because of my size..I dunno...I don't think there is anything wrong with aiming for 1000 calories cause chances are you're going to go a little over that anyway.....
But chica you know yourself better than anyone...so you do what you think is right......I don't listen to anybody anymore when it comes to losing weight, I know what has worked for me in the past and what I have to do..that isn't the problem the problem is actually DOING IT!
