I just started phentermine and would like to know if anyone can give me suggestions on helping with the weight loss. I was also wondering how long it takes to start lossing weight? Thank you.

Welcome! I started losing weight the first day. I lost 17 lbs the first month. As long as you eat right, exercise and drink lots of water, you will see great results. Good luck!
