No I'm not turning 50 years old. As of this morning I'm down 50 pounds. That's 50 pounds in 67 days. I'm 15 away from my goal of 265. I may even make a new goal of 250. I'm gradually going to start adding calories to my diet once I get back from vacation. Along with the lost fat I've lost lean muscle mass too and I'd like to have that back.

On a side note I see that insearchofme has also recently passed the 50 pound mark so kudos to you! Onederland is very very close to you. I know you'll get there.

I need to say thanks to everyone on this site who makes this a positive, supportive and fun place to be.

So thanks and enjoy your holiday. I know I'm going to.

You are doing such an awesome job and I know I have said this before, but you look FANTASTIC!! I am hoping to shake these last 50lbs without losing much muscle along the way. I am sure you will be able to gain the muscle that you lost.

Incredible Job BigJ! Keep it up! gaining the muscle back won't be too hard I'm sure, especially as a guy. Just have to work on weight training! Have a fun vacation and don't do anything i wouldn't... LOL, that leaves a lot of options!
