about one month on Phen and 24 pounds are gone!!!!!

I do want to add that I went off for 5 days and it jump started everything again...so for anyone whos scale has not moved give it a try!!!

hey there congrats! I'm trying to the same thing i have been on Phen for 1 week and 1 day! I am hoping to have the same results GL and I look forward to chatting with you to see how far you come along! I have currently signed up with the 30 day challenge too lose 10 pounds..you should join.

Alright! I lost 23 lbs in one month yesturday too!
