I was afraid of joining in with nikki's too, but i thought what the hell... If I loose 1 lbs I will be sucessful. I ended up losing 6lbs (total 12 lbs for the month of June) So i was pretty happy!!
There isn't really anything special or different that is done, other than you are more focused on a obtainable goal. For me, I stepped it up in my work outs, and watched my intake big time. I guess just tried a lot harder than before.
So... For the month of July- We try our hardest!!! If we loose 1 lb or 10 lbs or more, and we give 100%... That's all that can be asked!

CW 2/21/08 = 238 Lost 20 lbs
CW 3/20/08 = 234 total 24 lbs went off phen
CW 4/18/08 = 221 toal 33 lbs *reached mini goal
CW 6/9/08 = TOM & Vacation.... 231 dang it- But it was fun 
CW 7/1/08 = 222
CW 8/5/08 = 215 -Down 45lbs WOOT WOOT!!!!
Next Mini Goal = 210
