Okay, time for that first check in while on the August 1st challenge.
Eventhough I started a day late, I worked very hard at watching what I ate and keeping a log of my calories.
This is perfect for me. I did so well during the school year, being involved in our "biggest loser challenge".
But since I have been off for the summer break, I seemed to have slacked off a bit. I think that it is necessary
for me to have somewhere to check in/weigh in and be accountable. This is going to help me achieve my end
goal of 50 pounds. So, working on a 10 pound challenge at a time... here I go, first one is off to a great start!
I have updated my ticker, however it is a bit misleading...it is showing a 3 pound loss for me when I have
actually lost only 2.5 pounds. Guess it rounds up! None the less...I am excited that the scales is once again
moving!!!! Thanks for starting this thread and thank you all for being here and sharing!!!
