Excited to be here!!!
Well I'm on my 3rd day and I love it! I'm really very excited very greatful to really loose weight. I actully feel smaller. I've forgotten to eat a meal and go into starvation mood but I grab something small. OMG lastnight I couldn't sleep. Whats up with that. It was 2:30Am am I was wide a wake. But I'll be up and skinny! ha ha
I'm not really sure how far to set my goals. I eventually want to get back to my pre preg weight of 155 from my weight today of 192. Can you help me make small goals? How should I space them out? Thanks friend!!

welcome! I do 10 lb goals. Like it is so cool that "I will NEVER see the 190s" again!! I am 185 now...can't wait till "I wont ever see the 180s again" :P

Welcome! Hopefully that is the only side effect you have...I had SEVER headaches, constipation, bloated, insomnia (for the first 2-3 nights), jitters, fagitue, "cotton mouth) But it's worth it!
