    Question

Okay ladies... HELP!!! I took the Phen (37.5) this morning at 1015 hrs AFTER I did my walk and before my mid morning snack. That was suggested to me in another thread because of some questions I asked about exercise and taking this stuff. Well, this is my 3rd day of being on it now, and each day I have noticed that about this time, within a hour of supper, my stomach starts growling and telling me I am physically hungry. Earlier this afternoon I felt hungry also... How long does it take for this stuff to kick in and supress the appetite? I have eaten breakfast, a mid morning snack, lunch, an afternoon snack, and supper will be in a hour... I am doing really good today with my calories, but still walk around with my stomach growling at me. What do I do???
Advice??? Ideas??? Someone earlier said this pill is NOT time released... Does it really wear off that darn fast???!!

Luv it is me again. I still get hungry. Today I am starving. But the good news is when I do eat, it doesn't take as much to satisfy me. I am so sorry.......

Okay...now maybe I wasnt understanding this until you (FullMoon)said this... The Phen doesnt stop a person from feeling hungry--it halts or keeps you from over eating? Correct?

Yes. That is true for me. But some people it seems to stop their hunger. But not me. I still get hungry. But I am able to eat in moderation. It is so odd how different people react to phen.

I don't know if you have read threads on here about an over the counter app. suppressant called tight, but I have read people say they had to make themselves eat. Well, I bought some of that and I still get hungry, but I don't eat as much.

Give it one week and I promise you will see results from the phen. Just keep doing what you are doing. And I have noticed if I get really hungry, and be good, I will lose 1 or 2 lbs.
