OK THIS MATBE A STUPID QUESTION BUT WHEN ADDING UP CALORIES FOR THE DAY, DO YOU ADD THE BASIL, AND THE DAILY ACTIVITY ALONG WITH THE CALS BURNED DURING EXERCISE? SORRY IF THIS HAS BEEN ANSWERD BEFORE BUT I COULDNT FIND IT.

Welcome trishri30,

I absolutely recommend you the tools in extrapounds.com to control your calories. There you can use the food log tool to add the food in meals you've taken and also the activity log to add the exercises you've done to burn the calories
