Lightbulb No loss during TOM...any advice?
It looks like my period from hell is finally starting to pack up and leave, thank God! Now the real problem is that during all of this, I have lost no weight. I guess I should be thankful that I didn't gain any and I am. I just wondered if any of you had any advice on how to get that scale moving again? I feel like I'm in a rut. Help please!

Well it's very common to not see a loss during TOM. It's also common to see a gain. It's just water retention. Make sure you drink a ton of water. In my case, within a day of TOM being gone I've seen a significant drop in lbs..like anywhere from 2-5 lbs. Just keep doing what you're doing and you'll see it come back down!

Couldn't have said it better myself. I don't have any experience with this yet, but I have seen others say that they don't lose during TOM and then they drop when it goes away.
Keep on Keepin' on!

i usually gain during TOM. then, when it's over i pee like CRAZY and it goes back down. it's just water retention. if you wear rings and they are tighter u can know for sure that's what it is.
