It is almost one month in two days. I weight in on Sundays. I have lost another six lbs! I have lost 23 lbs total.
What I want for Xmas is... an Onederland!!!

I meant a picture from now Val. We have a before picture, give us a new one to compare to. We want to see the changes you have made! Congrats again. I only made it to 17 lbs in my 1st month, but I am still counting.
