What you can expect????
We are all different - but here are some of the most common. Not able to sleep. So be prepared to take something to help you. Some say Melatonin, I use walmart brand sleep ease and works great.
Dry mouth - drink half your body weight in ounces of water.
Headache - they pass, but drink even more water - helps a lot.
Phen - a lot of time causes constipation - eat a lot of fiber, and be prepared to take some sort of stool softener, etc.
Here's my Welcome welcome advice.
Chose a eating style that is going to work for you for life. Because there will be life after Phen and you'll be able to maintain your loss if you learned new eating habits.
Have I mentioned drink water? LOL
Measure now, at the beginning of your journey. There will be times when the scale doesn't move and you'll be able to measure to see that you are still losing, it's inches.
Take a picture now - it's a great visual so your results. The mirror just doesn't work as well. trust me.
Take a multi-vitamin.
If you have the time - read/skim posts, from way back - what I have found in 6 months, is that the same things come up over and over - and solutions happen for people over and over.
You're not alone - even though we are all going through the same thing, we are all still individuals with different ways of finding what works for us ... you'll find your niche.
