Question Who was it? An Exercise Question...
Ok... I can't remember. Who was it that got the Hers Home Fitness Machine?

I was thinking about getting one but I want to know everything you have to tell me about it first. How much space does it take up? How easy is it to use? How have your results been? Etc? When I say I want to know everything, I mean everything. I thought about joining curves, but the hours for this one aren't the most convenient for me so, I wanted to know about this.

Thank you!
Keep on Keepin' on!

Talking Sooooo...
I have done my research and I think I may order this machine within the next couple of weeks. I went to curves on the 25th and I wanted to get some information about the workout, prices, etc. Well, she told me that they had a discounted membership right now for $139.99 and that includes the 1st month. Then she told me that it was $34 a month after that. The hours at this one are a bit limited for me too. I watched a few people as they went through the stations and listened to what the gal had to say about the workout. I was atill unsure as to whether it would be a good thing for me. One of the reason is the timing issue, but the other has to do with working out in front of others. It is just one of those things that I haven't been able to change yet.

So, thanks to Angelchar77 for giving the information on this all in one machine that brings curves home. I have figured out that the machine will cost me less than an entire year of curves even with the membership discount. I can also work out in the privacey of my own home.

I am not sure where to put it yet and I have to make sure I can afford a chunk like that, but I am definately thinking that this machine is worth it.
Keep on Keepin' on!

RH, Yes I too calculated the cost of membership and it was 50 a month here. So yeah in a few months time the machine does pay for itself. Also the limited hours ****s. Pretty much thats why I got this machine too. The machine itself is not that big. It does take a long time to put it together 4+ hours.. I will measure mine in a little bit and let you know how much room would be appropriate for it.

If you never have done circuit training it goes like this. For 30 sec you get your heart rate up on a running board. (Just a board with padding so that it lessens the impact) When my music says change stations I go to my next designated station. For ex I will do running board/abs/runningboard/thighs/runningboard/arms so on and so forth. The machine uses hydraulics vs. weights. This is important because you work the machine at your own pace. You get resistance on the pull and push unlike free weights. Its made for "her" because it really does tone you. Hope this helps anyone else who is interested in it.

So you only spend 30 seconds or each machine? Or is that just on the board thingy? I'm thinking that if it's 30 seconds on each one, I would not be able to do it. I'm klutzy and off balance normally, more so with some occasional dizziness tossed in with the phen. After about 2 minutes, I would trip over myself and fall down. LOL
