I have heard that phen gradually stops working after a few months? Is this true? How long has it worked for some of ya'll? I have read some threads on here that some people do the 5/2 method, but I don't care for trying to keep up with that. My work schedule changes every week and sometimes I don't even know what day it is! I was thinking of trying the 2wks on 1wk off method... has anyone tried this? Any suggestions? I'm changing up my food intake and my exercise from the get go, but I'm still worried.
