HCG shot, special diet, and specific protocol?

I decided that I will be utilizing the HCG shot offered at my weight loss clinic. I've been reading info from HCG diet info . com and a Dr., who wrote "Pounds and Inches", says that there is a specific protocol that should be followed when using HCG shots as a weight loss aid. Does anyone who takes HCG shots follow this advice? Some of it seems so far fetched. Like using brilliantine instead of conditioner and no sun tan oil. Seriously, I can't imagion that my conditioner or sun tan oil is contributing to my flab nor would it contribute to me lossing weight.

Anyone have anything to say about this. Cause as far as I'm concerned I'll followed the VLCD with no problem but the specific protocol will not happen.

I am taking the shots but not following the protocol. My doc said to read the book for information on what to eat but not to worry about the other stuff. I live in Florida and there is no way I would not wear sunscreen every day. The book even says not to exercise which is silly.

Stick with as little fat as possible and get some exercise.
