
second day
Its my second day, I went to the gym and did my cardio. An d i ate my less than 1000 calories. But I'm a a little irritated now. And want something to eat but am nervous of going out and getting over my count. Have any of you had results and still did what u want for the most part. Or is calorie counting and excersizing just a plus. I scared i screw up my first weeks results. Any advice
6-12-2008= 208( Started Bontril and B-12)
6-17-2008=203(TOM and and lost  )
6-23-2008=201( 7lbs Total)
6-30-2008=198 (Im in Onederland!) 
8-2-2008=191No B-12 for 3 weeks and counting(Almost there!)
9-13-2008=184.5(1st Goal!)
