
need some advice on my daily routine... thanks!

so this is like the second time ive been on phen and this time im trying to do it right. as in excercise and eating better, however, i have not had a weight loss like i did the first time i did phen last summer and im wondering why. perhaps its my cal intake?
please help me evaluate how i can up my loss with food!
a typical day is:
a 100 cal pack when i get up and the 30mins to an hour of excercising. weights and the elliptical generally.
then about 30 mins after i get back i drink a protein shake that it usually a serving and a half of protein powder which is 150cals, skim milk and ice, and sometimes either some fruit or choc. syrup lol. sooo about 300ish cals.
then i try and eat 4 hours later- maybe some 45 calorie bread and a 4oz lean red meat burger with some lettuce.......
for dinner i usually do like a frozen meal; no more than 400 cals.
i drink TONS of water and try to keep non water drinks limited to my protein shakes and then one other non water drink such as a 100 cal sprite or one of the 80 cal low sugar sunny d's.
when i snack its a 100 cal pack of something.
soooo i know im not eating a lot of fruit and veggies.... other than that what do yall think i could do to boost weight loss? i think according to the differing scales ive possibly lost about 5 lbs in the past 2 1/2 weeks.... however thats the weight i was at 3 months ago and i cant get past it!!
