Default New Approach
Hi all! I haven't been around for a few days.. sadly to say my diet ended up making me sick! The low carb thing worked for me as far as weight loss... but my body couldn't handle it! I was not able to use the restroom (#2) for 3 weeks and got a stomach infection, vomiting, finally ended up going to the restroom.. too much! Was miserable. So... new approach! Going to start counting actual calories instead of carbs... it's hard for me to do after seeing the results I did with low carb, but my health is more important. I want to get this weight off by October 18th - if I lose it too quickly I'm afraid I'll end up putting it back on before then. I am happy to say though.. I feel that I have control over my diet I passed on cookie dough ice cream in a sugar waffle cone yesterday while the rest of my co-workers ate it on a trip...... my favorite! Was hard... but.. I DID IT!!! yes!
Goal 1: June 30th: 160
Goal 2: July 30th 152
Goal 3: August 30th: 145
AND JUST MAYBE..... Steptember 30: 140
