No, I eat no where near 600 calories in fruits and veggies. Here's a basic menu for a day for me:
Breakfast - Special K Bar - 110
Lunch - 1 cup mixed fresh veggies (don't count)
1 cup chocolate soy milk - 150
Snack - 1 Sweet Freedom Ice Cream Bar - 90
Supper - Baked Chicken Fries - 150
Snack - Yogurt - 90
Grapes
I can't lift weights because I have very limited mobility in my arms. Yah, they said it would go slow but I guess I just expect more.
