Smile Started Phen and B-12 today.June 12, 2008
I started (Adipex) pill today along with my B-12 shot. Im really excited to see what happens. Im going to try to excersise at least 2-3 times a week and watch my calorie intake. I going to get my Shot every 5-7 days . I hope to a succesful and positive expereince.

Start 6/12/2008 Weight=208 -211 (in that range)

One of my bff in highdschool called me that cuz he said my cheeks were like red apples. It reminded me of when I was thinner and I thought How fitting.
6-12-2008= 208( Started Bontril and B-12)
6-17-2008=203(TOM and and lost )
6-23-2008=201( 7lbs Total)
6-30-2008=198 (Im in Onederland!)
8-2-2008=191No B-12 for 3 weeks and counting(Almost there!)
9-13-2008=184.5(1st Goal!)
