Nikki's Post from a few days ago ....

i was walking past some windows when all of a sudden....
BAM.... I looked and stopped dead in my tracks.... This 98 degree humid day in center city surrounded by towering skyscrapers and i am swishing past the tinted windows of the a resturant... and there i was.... there i was stuck in awe looking at myself in a mini red halter dress, matching red heels, and my sassy weave in... poppin on bubblegum hiding behind my amber aviators.... and i said.... OH MY F'IN GOD!!!!! You are one hot A'SS, bad A'SS Woman.... I have arrived, thank you jesus!!!! and then my girlfriend slammed into my back and made me trip over my heels cause she hadn't noticed i was mentally sexin myself in the window

Rock's version:

I was walking past some windows yesterday, when all of a sudden, BAM there I was, looking at myself - shorts, tee shirt and flip flops, all matching mind you - breathing heavy and panting, from the 98 degree heat and being out of shape. I said "Oh My God !!!!!!!!!! You look like a blob."
And then a car slammed into my backside and I dented it's hood.

Seriously - I was walking into Staples yesterday and really did notice myself in the windows and Nikki I thought of you.
Keep on low carbing and kicking butt!

YOU AINT KIDDING!!! My brother lives in Coppell and we visited him last June. NEVER AGAIN! I thought I was going to die! There were hardly any trees to provide shade and nothing but pure miserable heat! I don't know how anyone can live in that Texas heat!!!

Ah, you're so nice!!! I'm actually going to have a "day off" on Saturday. My mom is watching the kids and my friend and I are going to spend the day together. So hopefully I can release some of this tension. We got a new foster girl in on Monday. I know have 5 kids in the house. I have gone from only having one child for 12 years, to 5 kids, in just a year. I'm an IDIOT!!!!

If I'm going to so something in your honor, then this is what I will do FOR YOU!!! I will be good. How does that sound? I will not eat anything bad and only make good choices, which is hard when you're out partying it up (uh-huh). I won't eat any junk food at the theater and won't order any pop, which I always do when I'm out.
