Default First week weigh in....Low hemoglobin
What the heck man Im so upset I went in for my first weigh in only lost 6 pounds in two weeks and they told me that my hemglobin levels were low which im guessing means im anemic?!? IS anyone else struggling with this as well? I guess this might explain my no energy. Also they switched me to the white pill with the blue dots and i take the whole pill like an hour after i eat breakfast am i doing it right? Also should I take something for the levels being low they suggest vitron c which i dont kno where to get that. Ughh

I only lost 6 pounds in two weeks as well. I have lost 3 more this past week. I have only been on it for 3 weeks. It sounds like you are on the same thing that I am. I have the white pills with the blue dots and am supposed to take it a 1/2 hour before I eat. I also just started taking a one a day multi vitamin and B-12 (thanks to this site). Maybe you should add a multi-vitamin, I got mine at Wal-mart.
Your dr. didn't tell you what to do about your hemo. level?

I am taking a multi vitamin and im taking a immune shield so that I dont get sick or anything. I never even talked to the doctor just the nurse and she told me to get vitron c and i went to gnc and they didnt even kno what it is. I rememmner being anemic when I was younger but now im concerned that I wont lose weight because of it.

Along with what the nurse told you, you should also eat green leafy veggies. The darker the green, the better. (icebug lettuce doesn't count" I don't know if you like spinach, but it has alot of iron in it- and you can easily throw some in with a salad, or even on a sandwich.

Vitron C is used to treat low iron levels in blood,it's a vitamin mineral,I would try a pharmacy and see if they carry it.

As a former anemic... Like a 7 and now I am a healthy 12... you can just buy plain old store brand iron supplement tablets, just dont get the chewables, good lord are they disgusting!!!! Also, green veggies and red meat.

ok i bought the vitron c they pharmist recommened it! And I bought a new mulit vitamin thats supposed to give energy but i dont think anything could give me energy haha and i bout CLA as well.. Also i thought to much red meat is bad for you??

I had my monthly check up today also. I have lost a total of 12 pounds. My blood work came back and I am anemic also. I have always had low iron. Mine is an 8, the Dr. told me to get iron pills also but they make me sick to my stomach. I could not take them while pregnant either. I just got used to being this way. I do take a vitamin every day. I am on Phen 37.5 I take half in the morning at 7 am and take the other half before 12 or I will not sleep. Sometimes I only just take half of the pill and it lasts all day. Great job on your weight loss.

Well, you don't need to eat red meat every day of the week. Just incorporate it into your diet a little more and buy the lean cuts.

I don't eat red meat at all haven't for over a decade. The dark meat of chicken has more iron than the white. In addition to dark leafy greens, add beans to your menu. I was really anemic when I was pregnant and I had to make some serious dietary changes. I was able to avoid having a blood transfusion by increasing my iron intake naturally.
