HEY GUYS..CURE FOR ACNE!!!

YES THAT'S RIGHT AND IT WORKS TOO. I WAS ON THIS WEBSITE AND STUMBLE ON ACV--APPLE CIDER VINEGAR. THEY WERE TALKING ABOUT HOW IT HELPS WITH ACNE ALONG WITH BAKING SODA. WELL MY ACNE WAS SO BAD, LIKE ALL OVER MY FACE. SO I THOUGHT WHAT DO I HAVE TO LOSE. WENT HOME PUT BAKING SODA ALL OVER MY FACE AND LET IT SIT FOR ABOUT TEN MINUTES. WASHED IT OFF WITH AFRICAN BLACK SOAP, DAB A LITTLE ACV ON MY FACE WITH A COTTON BALL, LET DRY AND APPLIED 100% SHEA BUTTER ALL OVER MY FACE. IT SOUNDS LIKE A LOT BUT I WOKE UP THIS MORNING AND MY FACE WAS CLEAR. I'M NOT LYING I CAN'T BELIEVE IT. HERE IS THE WEBSITE FOR MORE INFORMATION www.earthclinic.com

It was another post from dnlstyc7 about ACV. I started using it yesterday. It also says that ACV helps with weight loss. Like you, since using phen my skin is really dry. I never had these problems before hand so I am curious to see if it works.

So just curious, do you just apply it straight on the face with a cotton swab, or is there a process to it? My daughter has really bad acne and I have tried everything also.

Thanks for the info. I have been bragging about not having any side effects, but now I am starting to see major eruptions on my face. I have NEVER had acne, not even as a teen. I will try this out today

WOW!! I want to try this because my face is starting to look really dry. Now,I have never bought Apple Vinegar Cider, so do I have to go to a health store or can I buy it somewhere like Wal-mart, Krogers......????

I found it yesterday in the "vinegar" aisle as King Soopers (Colorado's version of Kroger I think). Somewhere I read to use the name brand. I found Heinz, but nothing organic. You'd probably have to go to Whole Foods or somewhere like that to find the organic brand.

Thanks. I actually just got back from GNC and they carry the Bragg Organic ACV..I got a 16oz bottle for like $4.00.!!! I will try this tonight on my face. I may also drink a glass, because on the bottle it says use 1 to 2 TSPS of ACV in 8oz of Purified water. ..It says it perfect taken 3 times daily..."upon arising, mid-morning, and mid-afternoon... ( interesting)

I've using the Bragg ACV for four days now. I take 2 tsp three times a day. I can definately see results. My skin is not as dry and it really helps to suppress my appetite. I've been stuck at 175 pounds until this morning I had lost 2 punds. So I definatley think I will be sticking to it.

I just went last week to the dermatologist and the first time in my life I got prescribed medication for my acne. Hope this works for you guys. I used to try everything out there. I am on an oral antibiotic now and have a gel and cream for morn and night. I will let you know what I think

My daughter took the oral antibiotic doxycycline, but it made her nauseated. She refuses to take it now, but she did GREAT on it. Her skin was looking so good.

I haven't used ACV in a long long time, but I used to love it over spinach - which oddly enough I'm growing rather fond of. I'll be going to get a bottle this weekend for my food and face!

WOW!! trigg1313...thanks for that update. now tell me, do you just take the 2 tsps straight...or do you mix it with 8oz of water?? I drank some this morning, I'm about to do it again... whew!!! it has a lil "bite" to it..LOL!!

I am taking solodyn for the oral antibiotic, ziana gel, and a clindamycin lotion. Solodyn is very expensive. Like 530$ but with my insurance I only pay 9$

Thanks Trig for recognizing my thread. I also posted some great links and well as how to make your own toners using ACV. You are really suppose to use organic acv. Braggs is the best and you can get it from GNC for 4.00. I actually wash ny face with about 2 teaspoons of baking soda mixed with an antibacterial cleanser (Cetaphil), then I apply my ACV toner (50/50 ACV, green tea, and water) let that dry. Then I apply a SPF 15 Moisturizer by Cetaphil. In a day you will definitely see a difference. You can actually do this twice a day. One in the morning and once at night. the baking soda is a great exfolliate and it leaves your face really soft. Now if you can also add aspirin to the toner if you like. That makes it a form of Benozoide P which is also great. Try to will be surprised at the results also it is alot cheaper that going to a dermatologist.
